"Dear friends, We are only five months away from the 6th Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo Translator Programme, starting on October 1, 2012! The deadline for application is 30th, June.

Unlike previous courses, this one is open to students committed to becoming an interpreter in an FPMT Dharma center as well as freelancers (without such a commitment). This course offers excellent quality training in colloquial and literary Tibetan, as well as Dharma terminology and methodology of interpretation, producing very well qualified interpreters for Dharma teachings now helping to spread the Dharma all over the world.

From the point of view of benefiting others, it is the best gift, as Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche says : “... to be able to spread Dharma, with that motivation, to spread Dharma, to translate Dharma, that has the greatest benefit, not only in your life, but the greatest benefit for sentient beings, that’s the best gift for sentient beings…” , and from the point of view of one’s own benefit, it is the most rewarding profession, filled with blessings.

We need more interpreters for Dharma!
